yes my case shows online for the portfolio and for the case status check. Only the number from the biometrics page works.

Tried the number on my biometrics letter but still doesn't work. Oh well, not the end of the world....

I'm just done calling USCIS and talked to a second officer and gave me my son's receipt number, and they said they sent out my NOA on the 2nd of September but until now I didn't receive any, they sent out my son's BIOMETRICS on the 11th but haven't receive any yet, I know for sure that the NOA is lost because the mail man drop it in a different mail box, but at least his case is showing online when I checked it...

Are they going to send you a new biometric and NOA1?

Well the NOA says you can check after the biometric appointment, I haven't had my appointment yet but maybe some get put in before then? Try again after your appointment =)

The officer I talked to says I need to wait until October 3rd if I didn't get any yet which is stupid because they said it takes 30 days for them to send out but I firmly believe its lost so I would just wait if I can receive the BIOMETRICS they sent on the 11th, but I would still demand to get the NOA and call them on October 3rd which is irritating to me because I've been through the whole process and they treat me like I don't know nothing :devil:

Sorry biometrics has nothing to do with interview.

You may or may not get an interview at any point in time for the process.

Hi. So like Inky and Freyja I received a biometrics appointment for 10/5 with a different case number than the NOA. I tried entering both numbers on USCIS website but neither works :( Should I call them about it? I assume the bar code on the ASC letter is the same as the case number on the top of the letter (which is not found in the database), so if they scan the bar code when sending my biometrics info, how is it going to get delivered to USCIS if the case number does not exist in the system?

2-year green card application:

07/29/2009- Mailed I-130, I-485, I-693, I-864, I-864A, G-325A, I-765 via USPS.

08/02/2009- Package delivered to Chicago.

08/06/2009- Checks cashed.

08/10/2009- Received NOA's for I-485, I-130, I-765 (issued August 6th).

08/19/2009- Recieved Biometrics Appointment notice (bio apt 9/12 at 9am).

08/21/2009- Recieved RFE for I-485 (issued August 17th).

08/22/2009- Responded to RFE.

09/01/2009- Case processing resumed (RFE recieved on 8/27/2009).

09/01/2009- Walk-in biometrics at 1:00pm, in and out in 15mins.

Just wait a bit i'm sure it will show up at some point, if not after you do your fingerprints. The phone people will probably just tell you to wait 30 days.

I decided to wait until bio and if still nothing online, then call. Hopefully it'll be working after our biometrics :)
