I think you have the wrong forum this is for removal of conditions and has nothing to do with AOS.

Received my NOA today. Mailed it on Sept. 1 but complete package was returned because it was missing a document. My fault.

So I returned it on 9/12 and received NOA today. Now the wait.

By the way - I stapled some documents, paper cliped others and a few were loose. When they returned my complete package it was arranged the way they liked it and was connected with their ACCO fastener. This must be where we get the idea.

The last time I had a Biometric I followed advice from VJ and just showed up. No one else was there. Perfect.

Never figured out how to incorporate my timeline.

09/30/09 ------- USCIS mailed my notice of approval of AP

10/01/09 ------- AOS touched, initial review. EAD still on card production ordered

10/02/09 ------- EAD touched. Submitted form AR-11 for AOS thru online.

10/19/09 ------- AOS touched & received email from USCIS "card production ordered".

10/23/09 ------- GREENCARD RECEIVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW IN JUST 2 MONTHS.

10/24/09 ------- Welcome to the USA letter received

10/2011 -------- REMOVE CONDITON

REMOVAL OF CONDITION:

09/19/11 -------- Sent the I-751 in Vermont office

09/21/11 -------- Vermont office received my papers.

09/29/11 -------- Got the NOA1 dated 09/22/11

10/28/11 -------- Biometrics done

06/29/12 -------- Approved

07/05/12 -------- Received the 10 years Green Card.

Received my NOA today. Mailed it on Sept. 1 but complete package was returned because it was missing a document. My fault.

So I returned it on 9/12 and received NOA today. Now the wait.

Correcting Chicagoguy 2's sent date :) When is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? You need that date for the list :)

Hey guys,

Just a quick update, my check was cashed on the 13th, i got my receipt in the mail stating that my green card will be extended a year. Am i right in saying this acts as my green card?

Also today i got my biometrics appointment, the date of the appointment is, 10/03/2011 at 9am. This NOA with the biometrics info on it, is this NOA 1?

If my biometrics is done and i have my receipt letter stating that my greencard has been extended, im thinking im good to go for a visit at Christmas.

Seems to me that they are moving rather quickly, im probably wrong.

If the kind person who updates all the dates could put in my info, i would greatly appreciate it.

biometrics and NOA1 are different letters.

biometrics is the appointment

NOA1 states on it that they accepted your petition and that they have extended the card for 1 year.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
