Hello! I'm planning to send my paperwork on Tuesday via priority mail. Good luck to all the September filers!

Btw, where does it say in the instructions that you need to include your passport copy?

I sent my paperwork last week and I just got today the NOA. I cant believe it´s been 2 years now since AOS!

It doesnt say anything about sending passport copies, I think I sent just because I have many copies at home, lol, but you dont really need too :)

Hello Everyone, Just not have been on VJ and did not get a chance to update my timelines.

Yes, we got our NAO1 - now we are clear to travel if we need to.

Some people here noted that we should not travel until the biometrics are done and good news for us. We just received our biometrics scheduled letter yesterday 09/17/11 and the interview is before the end of this month.

Hoping that others got theirs as well as I have not seen any further updates from others.

How long is the wait after the biometrics that I get my permanent GC, I wonder? Hope VSC keeps them flowing fast. :thumbs:

Nope as far as I know you are the first September filer to get biometrics appointment so far. I was hoping to get one this week or next week.

you are so lucky, I am waiting my NOA now and hoping to get biometrics this month, so I don't have to buy another round trip ticket to go back States for fingerprinting.

No you do not call ahead you walk in and see if they will take you early. If not then you have to leave and come back on the correct day for your biometrics.

Hi There - I am about to send my wife's I-751. Just have a question... Are you guys stapling the stuff or making a file with hole punch?

Our package was not so thick and hence used simple paper clip; relied heavily on our latest daughter's birth certificate and 3 photos. Possibly the first package to include a facebook 1 page print out of me and my hubby showing relationship.

Be sure print out sticker(s) stating the name of the spouse intending removing condition; A#, and stick them on each supporting document including the check. Hope this helps.

We are getting our papers ready and will hopefully be able to mail them off before the end of the week. Here is our list of evidence included, what do you guys think?:

• Copies of the passport and green card of Josue David Cacerez.

• Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

• Copy of tax transcripts from our 2009 & 2010 joint Federal tax returns.

• Letter from the company handling my retirement showing Josue Cacerez as the beneficiary of my life insurance.

• Copy of our car loan through *** Credit Union, showing joint borrowers.

• Copy of our July 2011 electric bill from Appalachian Power showing joint account.

• Copy of our July 2011 cable bill from Comcast showing joint account.

• Copies of various credit cards showing the same account number.

• Copy of most recent Auto Policy Declarations with Allstate showing joint coverage.

• Partial copy of Advance Medical Directive showing Josue Cacerez as my legal Health-Care Agent.

• Copy of both Virginia Driver’s Licenses showing same address.

• Various photos of events we have attended together since our marriage.

• Ultrasound photos of our first child, a baby girl we are expecting on December 24, 2011.

Should I add anything else? Also, is it enough just to show one recent month of a certain bill? We have always had this bill together (since we got married) but have always had online billing and don't have any paper copies to show for it.
