I-751 September 2011 Filers

Our 6 months will be on March 15th and haven't heard anything yet. We are in CSC and since the biometrics in October we haven't heard anything yet. My husband is getting anxious. Hopefully something soon.

We are feeling the same way almost exact timeline... I am very nervous and can't deal with this anxiety anymore. We are going on a cruise in April... Guess I should have known if I planned something it would actually take 6 mos or more... thought we would have been *safe*. *sigh*Not to mention hubby almost being put on deployment list.

Come on USCIS!! I hope to hear something soon even if an RFE!

Us too... Very disappointing... My husband and I just got back from a vacation in Mexico, at the POE, the IO said, "did you guys file the removal of conditions within 90 days?" We answered "yes" and the IO said, "and those guys STILL haven't processed it?" We wish they would, but nothing... He also went on to advise us against using a lawyer to do any kind of paperwork... LOL...

Don't worry too much about not being able to see your case online. I never saw my case online, and then one day I just had a letter from USCIS with my GC in the mail! You could already be approved, without even knowing it! Just check the mail and I am sure the card will be there soon.

Hi Everyone

Just I have an idea ; the people that don't find the case in the USCIS page; remember that the right number is in the biometrics letter o CR189; don' t put the number in the NOA1; because this isn't.

Since then you asked for the notice date, which was 10/3/2011. Today (2/22/2012) we saw on the website that they approved our application and were ordering the new Green Card.

Looks like they are finally processing those late Oct/early Nov biometrics.

Great!! I had the same observation. Something happened after mid-October. But looks that they are resolving the cases again!

I've been watching this thread for long time, since it helped me soothe my nervous feeling.

I'd like to share my case status with you.

I received a email and txt msg from USCIS today morning. It said my card production was ordered on 2/23.

Here are my dates regarding removing condition.

Date of I-751 : 9/27/11 (if it means the day I sent a package)

NOA1 Date : 9/28/11 ( I cannot remember when I received a letter but this is a date written in a letter.)

Biometrics : 11/4/11

Approved : 2/23/12

I filed to CSC.

I have no kid and don't have enough joint documents (joint lease, one bank account and credit card having same number)

Since I didn't have interview when I received 2yr card, I assumed there would be interview this time. But it seems like interview is just random thing.

I also traveled several times. I was out of States for 7 months.( once 5 months, 6 times 1~2 weeks trips). So I was really worried about interview.

But I am approved!! I am so glad.

My case is closer to Oct file, so if it is not right place, plz relocate my case to other thread.
