Hello to everyone,

My Fiancee and I have decided to not do the CR-1 and now we are presuing the K-1 Fiancee Visa. I just have a few SIMPLE SIMPLE questions about filling out the first 2 forms ( I-129F & G-325A ) If anyone has experience with the K-1 pertaining to Brazil can you please help me out. I wanna send this out ASAP and get the ball rolling.

1. First question would be, My fiancee always writes her brazilian address like this EXAMPLE.

Rua: Seasame Street, nº 20

Bairro :luz

Cep :01103050

São Paulo - Sp Brasil

when she fills the "address part" of the application does she include the word "Rua:" ?? and where would "barrio:" go? becuase from translation it means neighborhood and it does not ask that on the application.

Thanks,

Bryan

I wrote Rua... and the neighborhood all on one line for the street address. Then city and state in the applicable areas.

If it won't all fit you can handwrite it.

This is how we wrote L's for his G325A without problems

Street And Number: R. Seasame Street, 20

City: São Paulo

Province or State: SP

Country: Brazil

And on our I-129F:

(2)

Number and Street: Rua Seasame Street, 20

Town or City: São Paulo

State or Country: SP, Brazil

Zip/Postal Code::01103-050

(15)

Number and Street: Rua Seasame Street, 20

Town or City: São Paulo

State or Province: SP

Country: Brazil

ETA: No problems at any stage of the K1. The consulate/postal service can figure out the neighborhood from the CEP.

Great!!! this is exactly what I was looking for!! Thanks so much!

Another question: in the I - 129f there is this question that asks " Have you ever been convicted by a court of law (civil or criminal) for any of the following crimes:" then it goes on to list them. I have been convicted once but NOT for any of the crimes mentioned on the I-129f, could I answer NO to this question? The wording of the question is what confuses me.

thanks
