Hi, I am trying to put together my docs for the interview. Can anyone tell me if it's necessary to include actual tax returns or if w2's are sufficient. I have w2's back to 2006 and I have 2010 and 2008 tax returns. My computers were stolen in 2010 and I don't seem to have a hard copy of my 2009 returns. Does anyone know if this will be a problem?

Also, can I go ahead and send my fiance my letter of intent, affidavit of support and all the supporting docs now dated for today, even though we just received our I-129F approval on 8/24?

Also, he doesn't have the internet. Can I fill out the application for visa and print it out here and then send it to him to sign?

Thank you!!

Sita
