Not necessarily.

Your husband as the intending immigrant must sign the DS-230 - an original signature is required. He can mail it directly to the NVC if he has all the supporting documents. If you need to add your documents to the DS-230, then he can send the signed DS-230 to you and you can submit it with the proper documents.

How necessary it is to submit the evidence of financial intermixing? For our I-130 I submitted a certificate that we have a joint account in a bank in the Philippines..will that be enough? Thank you. Do they accept also a copy of the money remittance?

Things of that nature are not needed at the NVC stage. It's already in the file that the NVC received from USCIS. NVC will add items you send them to the file and send the complete file to the Embassy.

All is very correct indeed. This is exactly what I sent in with my DS230 packet with the exception of #9.

The evidence of our marriage can be taken care of at the interview. Nothing to hide, and too much evidence to give with packet.

It is not necessary but helps. I feel that Consulates/ Embassies make a decision of the cases before the interview itself in about 80 - 90% of the cases, so I think it is good to add any evidence available with DS-230.

What you submitted with I-130 may os may not go to the Consulate but DS-230 certainly does, so include it again with DS-230. Add a copy of the money remittence - it is a great proof of continuing relationship.

I disagree- I don't think you should send anything that the NVC does not explicitly ask for. Proof of a "continuing relationship" should be sent with the I-130.

You have a right to agree or disagree.

Not every case/ consulate/ country are similar. The guys going to consulates in no fraud countries need not submit anything other than the requirements - but the others going to consulates in fraud/ questionable/ special countries, the additional evidences are almost required else they get a 221g after interview, which delays the process by months.
