Hello everyone, called to DOS today, talked with lady, she said they are working on the case right now and they are trying to determine if you are quealified for the visa. She said sometimes it takes them longer than they would like to get through all of the paperwork. They haven't decided yet if you are qualified but they haven't decided that you aren't qualified either, so this means after waiting 3 and half months i am still hanging in middle, or my AP is going to over soon,I am little confused

Were you asked for any additional documents? My husband has been in AP since July 12 and every time I call, DOS says he's in admin review. I dont even know if his name check has started yet or if they're still reviewing our documents. AP is so frustrating and unpredictable.

They are still working on your case and you are still in AP. Nobody here can tell you when your AP will be over. When they are ready to issue the visa DOS or the embassy will let you know. I hope they finish with your case soon and issue you the visa.

Yes i know i am still in AP, Whenever we called before to DOS they always say that your case is still in Ap, but this time they didn't say anything about AP, all she said, right now they are determine if you are quealified for the visa or not, and what I have read in this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Visas_Mantis.png they do that when name is through from checking,
