AOS requires copy of your birth certificate, long form.

Copy of your marriage cert, etc. Its in the guide what they need.

hi first, thanks sooo much for making this list. i have my medical this week and then two weeks after we have our interview, this list is a BIG help, thank you soooo much!! Question tho, when you say "2010 tax returns" is that for the petitioner or one from both of us?? again thank so much for making this!

It's not important if the police certificate is still in a sealed envelope right? I opened mine to make sure it was correct. :wacko: I really don't want to wait another 6 weeks to get a new one.
