You're going to force government regulation on someone at the expense of jobs and livelihood instead of letting survival of the fittest happen naturally?

Where have you seen any posts where I support the ban or any ban? Too much government or regulation is not the answer. My posts have all been about us, the people, changing our ways and not supporting big business or buying their prepackaged #######. This is a much more effective tactic to get them(the businesses) to adapt and bring out the products we demand rather than forcing it upon them. When you ban and demand things that's when our rebel side comes out, even if we agree with the idea it's the manner in which it's done that we disagree with.

I doubt that you think it's a good thing to have all theses styrofoam containers taking up space and wrecking the environment...you don't agree with the banning of anything. Which is fine, but it's not a solution. An alternative to the banning would be to utilize some other tactics to decrease the demand for these products.

I couldn't edit my previous post, but I forgot to add this into my previous post.

And that's the problem. We've become a disposable society, with no real market for the disposed of raw material. I am not a fan of bans or the prohibition of things. Education is the key with these types of things, but it is difficult as most don't have a trash to steam or landfill in their backyard, so they can't relate to what they're being informed of.

Glad to be of service to either tribe in that part of the United Kingdom. How we got to Martin McGuiness from styrene containers I will never know. Both can be pretty deadly I suppose.

I regard styrene containers in the same way as I do tattoos - they tell me I am in the wrong pub and they are therefore useful for that at least..
