In fact it's a figure of speech to say " Next time I..." as in " next time I am in church with Pat Robetson I will...."

For clarification, I have never walked through the bogside in stroke city - that is an area of my country that is unsafe for me as you correctly identified.

I met some nice people in Northern Ireland (from both tribes) but there are sufficient haters that I am glad I don't have to go back.

ps I sat next to Gerry Adams in Dublin while he had his breakfast back then in the 80's - I was 3 feet away on the next solo table - strange feeling given his status at that time.

Exactly, it is not a big deal with exception of those who worry about the people who work at the manufacturing plant losing their jobs. My thinking tells me that we're all animals and must learn to adapt (survival of the fittest), they'll have to find a new line of work.... apparently this is too difficult for some to grasp. And I'm glad to see a post back on topic again rather than who drinks what garbage brew produced by some big brewery, rather than supporting local brewers and the other posts about who wears orange on St. Patrick's Day.
