How to add trips since you filed?

Hi

Since i filed i traveled outside us twice: should i use a n400 sheet

or can i use just a word sheet to list my trips?

When you go for your interview your IO will go over your N400 and ask you about all the questions on it. You will then have the chance to provide all the changes about the recent trips since filing. The IO will update your file and will actually note it down on a sheet of paper as an amendment to your info. If I were you, I will write them down and then attach a copy of the passport pages showing the trips so you can just hand it to the IO. He or she will probably put it in your file as an addendum.

In my interview I simply told them verbally that I had travelled since filing the N400 - no big deal, the IO just noted down my dates. I went to Canada so I have no passport stamps or anything else.
