Yes, you can. Attach a copy of your NOA1 for I-485 to show that you do not need to pay. It is free when filed based on a I-485. I am not sure where to send it but I am sure it says where in the instructions. Good luck!

hello can i still submit the I 765 tomorrow even if my I-94 is already expire? please help

Yes, I told you that in my first post. You can apply now, even though you sent in your application. Attach a copy of you NOA1 from I-485 and they will match it up with your application. Your eligibility code is C9.
