In response to your curiously dismissive questions, facts are facts, colour them how you will. You are correct about one thing, I forgot, Hamas is much more forgiving than the Irgun ever was. I will give the Israeli courts this much, they have ruled in favor of the Palestinians every so often, but the IDF ignores them so it is, in essence a pyrrhic victory.

I do think boarding ships on the high seas with a declared intention of running a blockage has legal precedent, and the US currently boards ships for inspection with the UN's blessing I might add. Still, the US policy shows more restraint in that while it demands access to shipping, it has stated it will not board a ship by force. That IMO is the right way to go.
