I just want to hear from other Mena ppl about the I-134

So i was a full time student and I graduated in 2009 and 2010 i did volunteer work overseas, and i just started my real job in March of this year, soo i havent had to pay taxs. I prolly asked this question b4 but how important is it to have tax receipts with ur I-134?

If you were not required to file a tax return then it is not an issue.

As Casa seems to want an I-864 (in place of the I-134) in some K visa cases it may be wise to prepare the affidavit mentioned in the I-864 instructions regarding not being required to file. Better to have over prepared than under.

thanks anh map. I have another question....so the org. or institute i was under was a religious one and i was reading that certain organizations are exempt from taxes and I wanted to know if my understanding of this is right. here is the link i found. http://www.irs.gov/charities/article/0,,id=152729,00.html My org. fits numbers 4 and 5. i have my contract as proof.
