Well, I'm sending the 134 and all of the other stuff to Sian tomorrow.

I have a few questions.

First, on the 134 for question #10, do I put Jordan, Sian's son there as well?

This is what I have:

Sian Luise ******** (filing now with I-129f petition) Fiancee 04/22/2006

Jordan Thomas ****** Fiancee's Son 04/22/2006

Is that ok, or do I need to change something?

Second, my employer (Foxconn) gave me a letter of employment, but it doesn't have a salary on it. They said it was against their policy to do so. I have a letter from the staffing agency I was with prior to being hired permanently by Foxconn with my salary information, which hasn't changed. If I include a letter telling them about Foxconn's policy, and that the salary is the same, do you think it will be ok? Has anyone else had this problem?

That is correct. Look at the example form http://www.visajourney.com/examples/I-134-exp-04-30-07.pdf

On line 10 it shows the fiance, so on the next line you will put as relationship fiance's son.

You are doing it correct.

You will be fine!

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

PlatyPius,

I suspect that you have submitted only 1 petition, an I-129f petition, for Sian. If you submitted a petition for Jordan there was no reason to.

Paystubs?

Ah, but there's the problem.... I only have one paystub from Foxconn, as I just became an employee 8/17. Not only that, but they "forgot" to make a proper check for me, and after 3 hours of begging and demanding, they finally issued me a generic check; ie: no hours, rate, tax declarations, etc. I won't get a proper check from them until 9/29. Sian's interview is on 10/3, and there's a weekend in the middle of that.

Yodrak - yes, I filed a 129f for a K1 visa for Sian. Jordan was added in the normal way, as a dependant who would be traveling with her.
