File I485 when the case is at the Consulate in China?

Can i file I485 when the case is already at the Consulate in China? Priority date soon to be current.

And do i have to be in the U.S. while i file I485 and stay until the interview? or can i leave in between if i got the advanced parole?

I'm a spouse of LPR recently change my mind to do AOS instead of consular processing. Have valid business visa.

No, you cannot do that; it is visa fraud. Besides... you will have your GC faster if you finish the consular processing.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
