No... you need to wait until they email you the information. Otherwise they may not accept it. You will have to email it again. If you chose email options for the forms then you should receive pdf files of the forms they need from you (if you did not, I would advise calling back to them and speaking with a live person to get your invoice number and give them both of your emails)... when they send you the information you can then email them your choice of agent form back and should hear an accepted response within a couple of days.

We emailed our DS-3032 as a regular email (see the Ling Che's and James's shortcuts for template). We did not send it as a PDF. What you want to do is make sure the beneficiary's name is in the subject line. We emailed straight away without waiting for it to be generated as some people have luck with it and some, like us, have it "rejected." All we did was immediately email it again upon NVC generating the DS-3032, and it everything was fine.

So in summary, yes you can go ahead and email it without waiting, but it may not be accepted. Just be prepared to follow-up with another email if it's rejected, and subsequently generated...

good luck!

IMO, the best time to email it, is right after you receive an AOS fee bill in yer email.

You can get that process started by calling into NVC, exchanging emails with the NVC TeleOperator on the two of you.

When the AOS Fee Bill is emailed to you, a 'switch' is thrown at NVC, they be waiting on yer stuff. Prior? Not so much. If yer ####### about this stuff, keep on NVC phone twice a day, till you have the AOS fee bill in yer email - ask for the AOS Fee Bill to be emailed to you, each time.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
