As I am in NYC and bearing with Hurricane Irene, I wish all my fellow K1 filers and east coast residents a safe weekend ahead.

Hope everyone is prepared with the necessary last-minute needs: flashlights, water, food, etc...

Please keep safe. Hope to hear that everyone made through without any major difficulties.

Funny to see this topic. Just posted the same one in the off topic forum. I am in Massachusetts and we are getting a pounding right now. But so far we are safe. Hope all is well for you.
