So, my mom filed a separate petition for me and my dad, i just want to ask if we are gonna send a affidavit of support for each of us, or 1 affidavit of support for the both of us?

and another thing,

With an immediate relative visa category, the Affidavit of Support processing fee only needs to be submitted once to cover each of the cases.

what does this means?

does it mean that my mom needs to pay only once, covering each of us? its really confusing, can you please expain this quote to me??

hope you could help us

thank you so much,

It's 1 affidavit of support for each petition filed. So assuming your mother filed two petitions, she will need two I-864s. Hope this helps.
