We received our receipt number from the NVC. Heres the problem. My fiancee sent her passport in to get renewed and does not have any other identification. She does have a bank acouunt through BPI. Can she pay the embassy fee without ID so we can schedule the interview? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Right now everything is stalled.

Thanks in advance!

You need your passport for the interview and to get into the us embassy. You may want to wait now until the passport is back to book the interview etc.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I should have added that the passport is supposed to be delivered the first week of September. Just trying to save a few weeks time. I was hoping she could go to BPI, pay the $350 embassy fee without an ID. Do you know if they request an ID for payment?

Hi everyone,we intend to do our police clearance in future when ever we receive packet 3 or 4 from US embassy Lagos, but here is my question and we begin to scare.. Our petition has been with US embassy Lagos since last month and we haven't hear from them, even telling us to do police clearance or send letter to my fiance in Nigeria telling him what to send to them before an interview schedule. Quick one please, do you know time it take before US embassy send you any form of letter after receiving from NVC, because I can't understand why is taking so much time! Your reply will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please start your own thread with your question.

You should also post this in your country specific forum because it is a specific question to that place.
