Did anybody receive Packet # 3 from US Emabssy Mumbai, India. Can you please share the contents.

In the website, when I checked packet#3 for K-1 visa, I got confused - the application statement(Checklist) is asking for DS 156 Form - is that necessary?

It doesn't matter what embassy you going thru. You do need DS-156 and DS-156K

You mean to say I have to sent DS 156 Form in order to get an interview date/packet #4?

Hey,

Did you get a chance to take a look at this? This is on the consulate website. It says you need to send DS156. You can scan it and email it to the consulate.
