Is it possible to set up an InfoPass and talk with a person at the embassy level if the visa application is on pending after the interview? Is there anyone did this before?

I see no reason why you can't get an appointment. However, keep in mind you might be seen by a CRS Customer Service Representitive Only but, you never know. I would make the appointment if something is bothering you or on your mind. CSR's don't have all the information available to them on there screen. Take a Chance and make the Appointment.
