So you become a bleeding heart when it's these so-called mom and pop business hurt by regulations, but turn a blind eye when it's corporationsbig business that run mom and pop businesses out of town. Keep up with the irony, it's giving me a good laugh.

Really though, big business only runs mom & pop out of town because of competition. Lower prices = win fo the community. It's not because the big businesses are 'evil,' it's because they have more buying power with their vendors. At the end of the day, lower prices matter. Unfortunately a lot of smaller businesses cannot compete with the big dogs on pricing. Though that truly depends on the overhead at the same time as well. I've seen smaller businesses that are more successful in prciing simply because they don't have the same overhead that a larger business has.
