hello anyone pls help...

This is my problem. It worry me about wrong civil status written on my marriage certificate,

the civil status of my husband written on my marriage certificate is single. My husband is legally divorced.

should it be answered divorced and not single?

Will this affect the processes of our visa application?

I am in the process of sending the needed form to him to apply for spousal visa.

plss anyone here.

Um...I dunno. Definitely get a copy of his divorce decree/certificate/papers/whatever applies in the country you're in, and try to explain the goof to the USCIS. As long as you didn't fill in the marriage certificate yourself I'm not sure it will matter as long as you can prove your marriage is legal, which it is.

I'm no expert here though, so if you're really panicked you might want to contact the USCIS.

Since you are married now, his status would be married now. He is no longer single and submit the divorce decree to the USCIS when you submit the I-130 petition. All previous marriages' divorce decrees must be submitted to the USCIS.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
