I just got my reminder today my GC will expire 01-07-2010..so when are u going to submit ur ROC?

TIMELINE

ROC

January 07,2012--- GC expires

October 17, 2011-- sent packet to VSC

October 19, 2011 -- Packet received

October 24, 2011-- Check Cashed

October 27, 2011-- NOA received

December 07, 2011-- Biometrics

July 16, 2012-- card production

I got one too in July. I used to live in Oregon, so CSC sent me reminder letter. Now I am in New Mexico and I filed it through VSC. :)

N-400 Timeline

01-16-2017 - Mailed N-400

01-18-2017 - Packet Received at Phoenix Lockbox

01-23-2017 - Check cashed

01-27-2017 - Received I-797 Notice of Action in the mail

02-04-2017 - Biometrics Notification in the mail

12-17-2017 - Biometrics Appointment

02-22-2017 - In line for an interview

09-12-2017 - Interview Scheduled

10-16-2017 - Rescheduled - In line for an interview

10-23-2017 - Interview Scheduled

11-27-2017 - Interview Day

11-27-2017 - I am a US Citizen!

I was just very surprised to receive a reminder letter from VSC! About 3 weeks before I can file.

They did send it to the old address. And only put my first initial on it which means it could have been meant for any of 4 different people at that address :lol:

Some folks receive a reminder letter and some folks do not. However, if you have moved, it is very likely that you will not receive a reminder letter since the letter is sent to the address which the 2 year GC was sent to.

I have not gotten one and my window starts September 5th.

Just an update to this... I finally DID get a reminder notice. They apparently sent it to the old address TWICE.. before sending it to this address. I had filed and so had my husband filed a change of address form yet they STILL sent it to the wrong address!! I got the notice over a month after I had filed ROC.
