Interview day documentary evidence

Hiya Guys,

i am currently waiting for my NOA2 and should be here in the next month or so. I was wondering what to gather in the meantime which led me to this post. My question is, Do you only send the forms for the packet 3 to the embassy and no documentary evidence at all.? I ask the question because I have CIMT and I will have to provide memo's of conviction etc. Are we saying the first time the Embassy gets to see this information is on the day of the interview?. I just find it hard to believe that a decision for my future in the USA would be done there and then without very much consideration.

If any of you guys could enlighten me that would be appreciated.

Yes you just send the forms requested in the packet 3

There's nothing from stopping you from sending in relationaship proof with your packet #3 forms, but many people will just bring in their relationship proof in when they have their interview. Good luck!
