I have arrived to the USA on K-1 visa and we got married within 3 months but we haven't filled I-485 in time and so I have ended up in Batavia Federal Detention Facility and in front of Immigration Court judge.

My wife filled I-130 application on my behalf and it was approved. Now we are getting ready to get new medical and fill I-485 and Green Card applications.Once this is done my case in Immigration Court will be dismissed. Two questions:

1- I am told that I do have to fill my I-485 and Green Card forms with the Immigration Court and not USCIS Service Center. Is that correct?

2- When I was in Batavia FDF I was fingerprinted and photographed by ICE. Could those biometrics be used with my I-485 form or do we HAVE to have new ones done? My wife is on fixed income so saving $90 by using existing biometrics would be helpful!
