in 2006 my son was Born in New York i am from Trinidad and Tobago i came to the USA and had him there honestly i didn't want to but my mom insisted since he was her first grand child i did what she

asked i never over stayed my tourist visa i spent a total of 5 months in America, I live in my home country met my Fiance in 2009 we truly love each other but am very worried that when he starts

the K1 process on my behalf i won't be approved because i came to America and had my son i never meant to break any laws if i did neither did i plan or wanted to live in America at the time,

But now that i have met the love of my life things have changed so am asking now am i going to be Denied a K1 visa because of what i did long before i met him at present we are expecting our first

child together :) He says i shouldn't worry but i think of it at times

Who paid for the medical expense for the birth of your child. If you or your parents did then no worry, if the US gov paid or the bill remaims un-paid, then there is something to worry about.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
