My fiance have sent me his I-134 but i was wondering if this is right, he forgot to put my middle name in item #3, second,

his annual income according to his W2 is 125,482.96 gross income but in his I-134 he stated that he has a derive income

of USD18,000., Is it right? and in item #10 he did not mention about the petition that he made for me. Can I ask him to do it again or

this will do?
