Forget the K3, go for the CR-1 spousal visa; it leads to an immediate ten year greencard as you'll be married two years by the time you come to the US. The visa process usually takes 9-12 months, but males from your country usually get AP (administrative processing= extra security checks) after interview, which can add months. Casablanca is a VERY though consulate. Be sure to read the MENA regionalo forum for tips from others who have gone through this.

Nothing in the OP's post indicates K3. Why not just move it to the CR1 forum where it belongs?

I have no idea... must have moved too many other topics! Moving to correct forum now (CR-1).

hello every body , how are you .?

my proucess in Request for Evidence how long stay for me to be with my wife ??

thx

If the evidence was requested by USCIS, then the petition should be approved or denied within a couple weeks of the evidence response being received. Once the petition is approved, you are 4 to 6 months from having a visa interview. After the interview, you will likely have additional administrative processing lasting from two weeks to six months or more.

what does your lawyer say about this ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hello,

I am not sure what you mean but, I think you mean your visa application has a request for evidence (RFE). If this is the case, you must find out what they are requesting and then either correct the mistake or provide the proof. Once it is correct, it will move you forward to the next step.

Here is a link about what this RFE may be about:

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Request_for_Evidence

You can also search for RFE in the forums and alot of advice will let you know how to fix it. Hopefully it is something simple and you will be on track again

Good luck

That is the million dollar question. We would all like that answer.

As little as 4 months to the end of time...It all depends on how long it takes for USCIS, NVC, and the Embassy to process your paperwork. Then it depends what happens at the interview.

Sorry there is no clear cut answer. Just plan for about 5 to 6 more months, as long as there is no other issues that, happen...But honestly this Casablanca Embassy...plan for them to drag their feet and ask you for more even after you are approved with the USCIS.

Best of Luck.
