Hopefully the file will be converted from paper to electronic this week, if that happens, I think my wife could get an October interview depending on how long it took to get a case complete.

Realistically, I'm thinking an October interview would be a miracle so I am now thinking that a November interview is more likely.

Hello! You mention that your husband is sending his B3 and I assume his DS-230. You didn't mention anything else so I just thought I would ask if he is also sending the other documents that are needed or if you already have them. Do you have his recent birth certificate, a copy of the biographic page of his passport, your marriage certificate and 2 passport photos of him and are all of your documents translated with a certification by the translator? Wishing you the best of luck with everything and feel free to contact me if you have any questions. :)

Thank you so much for responding! :D I am new to this page and it's nice to see someone cares. Before I left Tunisia in Jan. my husband made me multiple translated origianals of his birth certificate and our marriage contract. I have those I am just waiting for him to mail me The DS-230 form and B3. I have emailed copies of his passport photos I just go to CVS and print them out. I actually didn't even know to do all of this after I paid the fee I felt bad because we wasted time. Now i am on top of everything and don't want to miss a thing. I hope it doesn't take a whole year. We got the bill for the $404 and I paid it. Should I just send them the application all at once or wait until they approve the affidavit of support?

Again thank you,

Fatma

You're welcome! I sent you a personal message but just to quickly answer your question here: You can send in the AOS and DS-230 packages at different times. If you send in the AOS first, you don't have to wait until they approve it to send in the DS-230. Just send it in as soon as your receive everything from your husband. :)
