09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Yes you are right...I just called two hours ago after I saw your message 'keep calling' and I heard good news He told me I will get an email about next week so Im happy and cant wait to tell her it is scheduled and hoping her interview will go well too, I do believe in, you will get it soon...i will pray for you and all of us... as you said before be strong..everything is going to be alright.

This place has been a blessing in my life by helping me keep focus and HOPE everytime I see someone get their interview i say to myself I KNOW THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON THOSE AND MINE IS COMING UP TOO. Hello! Our case completed on Aug 23, and today when I called they told me his interview is scheduled for Oct. 27... It is a little later than I wanted, but at least now I can count the days, and have some control over my life!

Anybody know if they can re-schedule the interview for a little earlier? I do political work, and the municipal elections are the week after the interview... i.e. a really bad time for me to miss work!

LOL I'VE BEEN CALLING THOSE PEOPLE ON A REGULAR STILL SAME THING, 2ND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER BUT I'M WAITING UNTIL A LITTLE BIT TODAY TO CALL, I EVEN TOLD THE REP LAST NIGHT THAT I KNOW THAT THEY DO IT THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE MONTH SO I'LL JUST CALL BACK ONCE A DAY TO SEE IF I GOT MINE. I AM JUST PRAYING WE GET AN INTERVIEW DATE BECAUSE I'M READY FOR THIS PROCESS TO GET OVER WITH. I ALSO KNOW THAT THERE ARE OTHERS WHO'S BEEN WAITING LONGER THEN I ESPECIALLY FRO PORT AU PRINCE THERE'S A COUPLE WHO'S BEE WAITING SINCE JUNE I THINK SO I PRAY THEY GET THERE'S TOO. blush.gif
