So, I've pooped my pants twice in public. Yay, IBS. Also, yay pooping your pants in WalMart because it's not really that big of a deal.

I've had a couple of bouts with IBS, but the only time I pooped my pants was when I thought I let out some gas only to find out there was a bonus, and it was when I had an intestinal flu bug.

For IBS - I believe a steady diet of a fiber supplement as well as a good source of probiotics (Kefir, yogurt, kimchee, sauerkraut) will help keep your bowels from getting irritated or inflamed.

Ok here is my real life story:

Many moons ago I was living in my car in Lovely southern California. There is an art to picking your nighttime parking spaces so you won't get harrased

by the police or the less desirable elements. I would shoot for a residential area where people were used to other people parking in front of their

house. Any way I got diarhea in the middle of the night and whatever was going to happen was goiing to happen in the next 60 seconds. So I rolled

out of bed (aka an old dodge dart) went in front of the car got my pants down without a second to spare and exploded all over the street.

Well discretion being the better part of valor or something like that I moved bed to a whole different street. This confession is helping me to finally work
