hello Vjs

today i received this email from us consulate morocco:

Thank you for your e-mail inquiry. Your case is still pending and we cannot tell you exactly how much time the processing will require. The State Department's goal is visa delivery no more than 30 days from the time of application in most cases, although cases that require administrative processing could take longer. Most administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of application. When administrative processing is required, the timing will vary based on individual circumstances of each case. Therefore, before making inquiries about status of administrative processing, applicants or their representatives will need to wait at least 90 days from the date of interview or submission of supplemental documents, whichever is later.

We will contact you as soon as we can continue with your case. Please let us know if further assistance is needed .

my question is are they talking about week days or just business days because i m on AP since february 14, 2011

and if my math is corect I have well over 90 days whatsoever week or business days

plz help what can i do

Find a good hobby. Seriously, look at the bright side, the visa has been approved pending the results of the AP. For the consulate in Morocco this is a minor miracle.

As to the AP it can take anywhere from one day to a year or more depending on the circumstances. I can only hope you a speedy completion and hope you keep being positive. Try not to dwell on it and find a way to keep yourself busy or you will go nuts thinking about it.

Did you have to submit any supplemental documents? If not respond that the 90 days has passed and see what happens :) Can't hurt and it will help pass the time.
