Guys

My wife got her green card but with her name since form I-485 does not reflect a box if you want to put your new name (after marriage)

What do I do? They said I should file Form I-90 and pay $450? Also since we are changing her name, will change the signature as well so everything is same and no issues in future.

Any thoughts?

Thanks Guys

1) File the form I-90 and pay the $450 or

2) Wait for ROC or

3) Wait for Naturalization

The PP is correct. if you wanted her married name on the card you wrote that on the forms in the "current name" section as being married gave her the ability to change her name.

As the PP said, you will now either need to file the I-90 and pay the fee, or wait for ROC (in 2 years) or wait for naturalisation (3-5 years depending on whether you're still married).
