So, with the interview looming tomorrow both myself and my fiance' felt confident today that everything was in order.

After having a friend who works at the embassy review the documents he was notified that there is a problem

The non-impediment was apparently unsigned and was not printed on the correct paper (security paper).

My fiance went to the Registrar General's office and they ended up escorting him out (lol)

Apparently they wanted to charge him another $5000+ to correct their error. Fortunately he calmed down and was

able to speak to a manager/supervisor who directed him to the Spanish Town location for a new copy of the document.

He is in Spanish Town right now trying to sort everything out.

Even though you would be able to do the interview without a problem (they would just request that you come back to

the Consulate with the correct document) I just wanted to share this so others can avoid the same pitfall.

PLEASE CHECK AND RE-CHECK ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS!
