I have my Father In Law as co sponsor for me and my son's affidavit of support

Does he have to list my son's information on Part 3 no. 9?? on I-864 for me, or just leave it blank and put N/A under 'Name'

Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petion. So if your son has a separate petiotion (which I think he does), then fill "NONE".

what about for part 3 no. 8, i mark on X I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above.

After that i mark on YES?? because husband only has 1 joint sponsor, which is his dad

I need some clarification here about my FIL co sponsorship before sending out the package.

My father in law is retired, but he makes money from the properties that he own and his income is above the poverty guidelines.

My questions are:

1. Does my mother in law need to fill form I-864A since they both filed tax jointly? my mother in law is not working, but she got a little bit money from the government.

2. On my FIL I-864 form, part 3 No. 8, i mark on X, i am sponsoring...and then i mark on (NO) since my husband has joint sponsor??

for Part 3 no. 9, do i leave it blank?? or i list my son's information in the table box. My son's filed I-130 separately.

3. Part 5 no. 21 a (1) b (1) c(1) d(0) e(0) f(0) g(0) h (3)

4. Does 1 recent year tax transcript would be enough or he needs to submit the last 3 years?

5. Besides copy of his Birth Certificate and copy of his US Passport, is there any other documents that i need to submit?

1. It depends on his income, which needs to be sufficient to support 4 (he, his wife, you and your son). But it is good to have her too.

2. If your MIL files I-864A, then NO is correct. let's ask PUSHBRK - the AOS guru just to be sure.

3. Part 5 no 21,f should be (1) andnot (0) and the h (4) and not (3)

4. Yes recent tax transcript is required but the other two are optional.

5. That should be fine - I trust you including some evidence that shows that your wife is related to your FIL.
