Does Co-Sponsor Use I-134?

Hello, do co-sponsors use the same I-134 forms as sponsors of K3/K4?

Also, on question 11 of the I-134 it asks if "I intend to make specific contributions to the support of the persons". In my case, the co-sponsor will not be required to make any contributions, so should I just check no?

A co-sponsor is a sponsor. In fact, the co-sponsor is the sponsor if the person you think is the sponsor is not financially qualified to be the sponsor.

If the co-sponsor will not be required to make any contributions (are you sure? no way in he||?) why do you need them?

Your co-sponsor (if you need one) fills in the same affadavit of support form that you do. I don't mean the same COPY of the form, but if you fill out an I-134 then the co-sponsor also needs to fill out an I-134. This is usually how it works but the form itself (be it the I-134 or the I-864) should make it clear which form your co-sponsor needs to fill out.

You can, but it's kind of risky. Either put Yes or N/A (check the example form).

Fill out a form outlining the financial resources that you have available to provide support, and then state that no you will not provide support? It's not an affidavit of non-support.
