I would just like to know if I have gathered enough evidence so I will not get a RFE.

So far I have:

1. Copy of her passport and stamps.

2. Copy of her boarding passes.

3. Skype call records

4. About 20 Pictures

5. Airport parking tickets

6. A receipt of a gift I bought her. Should I also include a picture of her wearing it?

Any advice? Thanks :)

You should be good to go,

No need to include the receipt of the gift and the picture of her wearing it.

Because he wants to send it, that's why.

And because a package that has some relationship evidence is not a bad thing. The petition goes on to the consulate and is reviewed by the CO before the interview. I don't see what the OP is sending as "overly heavy" on evidence.

Our journey together on this earth has come to an end.

I will see you one day again, my love.

Yep - I believe somewhere I read that they should be labelled with location, date and who's in them...

Thank you so much ^^

Also, on the back of photos i should put a description, location and date?

I think people on the forum who give advice should actually learn the process a bit more properly. As you said " The petition goes on to the consulate and is reviewed by the CO before the interview. " That is why you have packet 3 and packet 4 BEFORE THE INTERVIEW FOR CO TO REVIEW. Hopefully this helped you understand the processes involved a bit better or you can just give ignorant advice.

I agree! I don't see the big deal. I didn't send that much, but if it helps the OP sleep better at night waiting for that NOA2, then let him!

I figure it this way, I paid over $300 to send this petition, I amgoing to send as much as I want! :jest:

I have to say we did over do it at the interview though, our paperwork cumulatively weighted 11.5 pounds

What the OP is referring to is "front loading" the petition. Basically all that is needed for USCIS to approve the petition is "proof having met 1 time in the last 2 years". The best evidence of this is airline boarding passes and copies of the USC's passport showing entry and exit stamps, but the Consulate will never reject a petition for "too much evidence". As long as the OP includes PRIMARY evidence of meeting the fiance he will be fine, but he certainly won't receive an RFE for showing a photo of his fiancee wearing a gift he gave.

Proof of ongoing relationship comes at the Embassy interview, but front loading the petition is never a bad thing...
