Late AR-11 and i-865?

Timeline

My wife is on a CR-1 and we moved to the U.S. in February 2011. She got a job and we moved out to Louisiana in April 2011. Between April and August we changed apartments. We didn't file an AR-11 for either of the moves (California to Louisiana, and then one Louisiana addy to another). After all the stress and hubbub of getting the CR-1 I think we were just exhausted and wanted to put all the paperwork aside.

My parents received a reminder at their house and I've now filed an online AR-11 for my wife. My questions are:

1) I need to file an i-865 as well?

2) What should I expect for having filed the AR-11 late?

I'm planning on calling the USCIS tomorrow to try and see what they say.
