Oops! (Sort of) Wrong date on DS-230

So I received an RFE on my wife's DS-230, for two things: 1) Left a blank on one of the dates on her residence history, and 2) NVC says they need an original marriage certificate (even though I'm sure we included one the first time). I filled in the date on a new DS-230 part 1, and submitted it with another original marriage certificate.

Then just today I was thinking about this, and checked my copy of the paperwork, and realized that in the "date of marriage" field I put the date of our church wedding, but the date on our marriage certificate shows the date of our civil wedding, which was a week prior. I called and asked the operator about this, he told me I'd have to wait until the case is reviewed to see if that's going to be a problem. I know I should probably just wait patiently for a response, but I thought I'd post and see if anyone here has run into this before.
