What these morons fail to realize is that people in the US, for example, have the freedom to say whatever we want. The entire world doesn't revolve around Islam, and to believe that everyone everywhere should cater to their beliefs is insane.

He's having a peaceful demonstration? I didn't think wishing death on someone was peaceful.

This is all so ridiculous. I want to say though that I realize not all Muslims react like this.

We need to start forming counter-protests in the US and other places, but that would probably make everything worse. We need to hold signs like "we believe in freedom of speech", "we believe you are allowed to insult a religion and not die for it", "get over yourselves" etc....

And me as well. It just astounds and saddens me how many people have hearts full of hatred. Also makes me thankful that I believe in and worship the God of love; can't imagine being compelled to such words and acts of hatred because of the religion I practice.

That statement paints a pretty broad brush stroke. Disagree and die? Who will make the ultimate decision on what constitutes an insult to Islam? I wonder if that applies just to people of other faiths. This is the state of religion in 2006?
