Hi there, just wanna confirm...do we need to notarize the Affidavit of Support (Form 1-134) ? I have read post before that it is not necessary, but, just a while ago, someone posted that it should be notarized. Anyone, please reconfirm... thanks in advance !

Absolutely not. In fact nothing in the normal K-1 visa process requires any notarization.

We just went through the interview process on Aug 16...absolutely no need for notarization of I-134!

question on item 10 and 11.

10. i have submitted a visa petition to US Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons.

my fiance put her ex name with a note 'fiance visa withdrawn'. He didnt include my name as filling now.

11. i intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the persons name in item (3)

he put x mark on do not intend.

somebody tell me we're not in trouble.
