You might want to also add Letter of Intent to Marry because sometimes they ask for it during he interview, sometimes they don't. It's better to be prepared though.

Good Luck on your journey!

Make photocopies of those and bring them and the original during the interview. They wouldn't take the original and even after AOS, I still have all the original documents from USCIS.

Your quick reply is so very much appreciated thanks much!but if you dont mind me asking another question regarding I-134 i have 2 jobs and i want to include my earning from my 2nd job to the affidavit of support though my earning from my full time is very much sufficient enough to meet the poverty guidelines, my question is do i need to fill out 2 separate I-134 for each job? if not where in the I-134 form i will add on the info for my 2nd job? again your advise will be greatly appreciated. god bless!

The 134 lists your total income....your tax trasnscripts or income tax statements list the individual incomes.

This question helped me out a lot. I am in the same boat as you as far as making enough above the poverty line but like you I was unsure where to add a second job. So from the answer that was given you do not have to list both jobs on the form. When they review a copy of your taxes or tax transcript your sources of income will be there for them to review.

Anyone, please correct me if this is incorrect.

This helps me out a lot.
