So my NOA2 I received on June 17th my NVC case number was assigned on July 18th. Since then I have received a letter in the mail on July 20th saying my I-129f has been administratively closed and my wife received an email saying are case was now eligible for further processing on July 30th. Since then I have called and got my IIN. Now I'm waiting on the AOS and IV fees to be generated but its been 26 business days since my case number was assigned and I still have not received any correspondence from the NVC since. I call the NVC everyday only to get the same answer that I'll have to wait longer,and also log onto the online invoice payment website and it tells me "sign in failed, your case is not eligible for further processing at this time". The operators and supervisors I have talked to, just keep giving me deadlines that I will get them by but when that day passes by they just extend the previous deadline to a further date. The only Hope i have gotten so far is on Friday night August 19th, an operator said "wow, you should have gotten those like three weeks ago" and then put me on hold, when she returned she told me her supervisor called the department that generates the invoices and that if I don't get them by midnight friday than I would definitely have it before noon today Monday August 22nd. and if I for some reason don't have it then I need to call immediately and tell them what she told me. but when I called today as noon passed and I still don't have them, The operator I got laughed at me and said, "NO, there is no way to do that because a computer generates the invoices so there is no real timeframe to know how long it could take" This really makes me mad now and I guess all I can do is keep waiting and hoping that maybe someday the computer will decide to generate my invoices. ha sounds ridiculous doesn't it.

2/23/2011: sent I-130 and I-129f

3/6/2011: received NOA1 for I-130

3/16/2011: received NOA1 for I-129f

6/17/2011: received NOA2 for I-130 and I-129f

NVC(74 Days)

7/18/2011: NVC received and case number assigned

7/20/2011: NVC Administratively closes I-129f

7/30/2011: emailed DS-3032

8/24/2011: FINALLY received AOS Fee and PAID also sent DS-3032 for the third time (PAID on 8/25)

8/26/2011: Received DS-3032 Acceptance email

9/01/2011: Received IV fee and paid (PAID on 9/02)

9/07/2011: Delivered I-864 and DS-230 to NVC (mailed on 9/06/2011)

9/12/2011: RFE For using expired DS-230 found here on VJ

9/19/2011: Sent to NVC new DS-230 and Japanese police clearance

9/23/2011: Case Complete

Manila Consulate(39 days)

9/30/2011: Manila Consulate receives Case and Schedules interview

11/02/2011: Medical at St. Lukes Medical Extension Center 11/03/2011-Medical Finished and everything is GOOD!

11/08/2011: Interview scheduled at Manila Consulate-Approved

11/15/2011: Visa in Hand

11/19/2011: POE Atlanta

That is because your I-130 got approved first. The cr-1 visa is much better anyway. They administratively close your K-3 if the I-130 gets approved before or at the same time as your I-129f that is why the k3 is basically obsolete.

Did you send the NVC the DS-3032? I had a similar problem and I called and talked to the nvc and then shortly after we got the AOS & IV bills.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Yes my attorney told me that it was most likely going to be closed so i knew that was going to happen. but yes I have sent the DS-3032 twice, first on July 30th and then again on August 7th I never received any response after sending them. I used the template off of VJ and sent it from her email too.

If you have the NVC Case number and the Invoice Identification Number, use those as Petitioner and check the payment web site (link below). If the fee bills are generated, you will those.

That means your case has not yet been entered into the system - this is the manual step that NVC does after assigning the case number. Once you are able to logon, you can start the process. Keep checking this daily.

But still idk how it would take this long to put put my case in the system if that was the case.
