I noticed a couple of my fellow September 2010 K1 filers in here with September 12 Biometrics appointments. That happens to be our day as well. It will be exactly 364 days from when I sent in the K-1

I just got my interview notice last week and I'm going to have my interview on December 8! I'm hoping that I would get my greencard before this year ends!

No updates. I filed the same day as you patv29 (Aug 22). Had biometrics appt on Sept 26. No movement on my file since Aug 26.

I'm getting frustrated.

Where is your local office? Had my biometrics appt on Sep 28 in new Orleans. Keep me updated since we got the same timeline.thanks

Hi, I'm new here. I filed for an AOS from F-1 -- does anyone know if it takes longer to adjust compared to K-1? I did my biometrics super early and haven't heard anything. Case statuses were last updated on 8/24/2011.

Aug 16 - Sent packet

Aug 18 - Received (Delivery Confirmation)

Aug 23 - Text/E-Mail Confirmation

Aug 24 - Checks cashed

Aug 29 - NOA letters received (Dated 8/23)

Sep 2 - Biometrics letter received (for 9/23)

Sep 7 - Biometrics walk-in successful

Oct 18 - EAD/AP approved!

Oct 24 - EAD/AP approval notice sent!

Oct 26 - EAD/AP in mail!

08/08/2011 -Notice Receipt for AOS, EAD, AP via email & text msgs.

08/08/2011 -Cashier's Check cashed

08/11/2011 -EAD & AP NOA received from mail; Notice Date: 08/07/2011

08/22/2011 - Checked Status Online: Initial Review with a notice : On August 22, 2011, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I485 APPLICA TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJU STATUS as undeliverable. This may have serious ef on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-528 update your mailing address for this notice to be sent.

I called twice and update my mailing address.

08/26/2011 - I received a letter in mail from USCIS NBC about the status of my recent calls about the service I requested (Update my address). It said they have updated my address in their systems and on my applications.

08/31/2011 - Initial Review: transferred I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing.

08/06/2010 Check cleared (date on check 08/05/2010 @ Lewisville, TX)

08/09/2010 NOA1 received in the mail (notice date 08/05/10; package received date 08/02/10)

08/12/2010 touched (updated...)

10/03/2010 touched (updated...)

02/28/2011 NOA2 approved (text, email 5:45PM)

03/07/2011 NVC received info, NOA2 hard copy received

03/16/2011 Medical exam

03/23/2011 Package received by London Embassy (well the tracked package says arrived but info still not logged in system!?!?)

July 24,2010- Nigel proposed!!

September 1, 2010- posted the k-1 (lewisville address)

September 3, 2010 - forwarded to dallas

September 6, 2010- recieved in dallas

September 7, 2010 - forwarded to vermont service center

September 8, 2010- offical date of NOA1

September 9, 2010- text and email alerts 2:30 a.m.!!! but worth being woke up to

September 10, 2010 check cashed

October 3, 2010- joined VJ going bonkers waiting....

March 4, 2011 NOA2 after a long 177 days waiting ( no text email or onliine update.. still says in review)

March 10, 2011 NVC received and issued LND#

March 12, 2011 NOA2 hard copy received

March 17, 2011 we are at London.. packet 3 sent out

March 18, 2011 packet 3 sent back to London

March 22,2011 MRV-paid

April 1, 2011 Medical

Congrats..looking at your timeline we're both having our interview on nov.10 at jacksonville. goodluck :)

Thank you and congrats to you also! It looks like yours moved alil faster than ours... I wish the appointment time was alil later we must be the first ones of the day! grrr we have about an hour and half drive. I am just thankful to have a date and hopefully put all this to rest for 2 years :)
