I noticed a couple of my fellow September 2010 K1 filers in here with September 12 Biometrics appointments. That happens to be our day as well. It will be exactly 364 days from when I sent in the K-1

I just got my interview notice last week and I'm going to have my interview on December 8! I'm hoping that I would get my greencard before this year ends!

Hi everyone. We filed our packet on August 11 and still haven't received a NOA. Is anyone else having this issue of it taking his long to get even an email or text saying our NOA is on the way? Looking the some of your timelines, you got notice within a few days. From tracking our package we know it was delivered.

Just joining this thread as I (became an USC on July25th) filed AOS Package for my spouse and my Canadian born minor son this month.

08/01/2011 - AOS package sent to Chicago Lockbox

08/03/2011 - AOS delivered in Chicago, IL

08/05/2011 - 5 Emails with receipt numbers (i-485, i-130, i-765 for wife and i-130/i-485 for son)

08/10/2011 - NOA hard copies received

08/15/2011 - Biometrics letter for appointment date 9/17/2011

08/17/2011 - Walk-in Biometrics completed in Atlanta.

Any other Atlanta august filers around ?

I am in! Hubby and I have resubmitted our application on the 19th of August. We were supposed to be July's filer but we got too excited with our mini honeymoon and we did a lot of mistakes with the check payment and filling out our forms. :bonk:

08/19/2011- AOS Application filed (I-485, I-130, I-765)

09/02/2011- NOA of Acceptance

09/27/2011- Biometric Appointment

10/18/2011- EAD approved

10/25/2011- Interview letter invitation

10/27/2011- EAD card in hand

11/16/2011- Interview date (Approved on the spot, no stamp on the passport)

11/17/2011- Card production

11/22/2011- Post-Decision Activity that USCIS has mailed the noticed of the approved I-485 application.

11/25/2011- Received the GC and Welcome to the USA letter! Thank you VisaJourney! Thank you Lord!

hello atul!, just have a question bcoz i noticed the date of ur biometric is by next mon. but u walk-in in Atlanta, so u mean even the sched. of my biometric will be nxt mon. i can walk-in, in the office where will i gonna do my biometric even it is not yet my sched. to do it, as long as i have a sched.??? :huh:

Today we received this email: Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) :thumbs:

Today we received this email: Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) :thumbs:

Good for you!!! Our check just got cashed today, but no email or text yet... Hoping to get it soon!:)
