Hey, thanks for the update.After checking mine it says the same thing like yours too. It's kinda crazy that we get the same in everything. What are they doing with our case lol Rily that's good you got infopass tom.what time is your appt.? I hope you get some answers.Thanks for updating me. i rily appreciate it.

Oh and regarding your EAD. i believe you'll get some update on yours soon. i just got update on mine lastnight that my EAD is in card production.

I noticed a couple of my fellow September 2010 K1 filers in here with September 12 Biometrics appointments. That happens to be our day as well. It will be exactly 364 days from when I sent in the K-1

I just got my interview notice last week and I'm going to have my interview on December 8! I'm hoping that I would get my greencard before this year ends!

Appt set for 9am, super early, but it was the latest appt i could get before the weekend. We shall see what they have to say.

If anyone else has any similar experiences and may be able to shed some light, please let us know.

But I have not received the EAD yet. Is the EAD supposed to come first before the interview, isn't it? The send me two email,

Monday ---- Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production On October 24, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Other email today 26, Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity On October 25, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Has anybody in here have the same experience? I am confuse :whistle: This is normal?

I got my EAD card today, 3 days after I got the Notice of Action for Interview. We are now preparing for our interview on the 16th of next month.

Thank you guys for all your inputs. Goodluck to all of us! God bless us all!

Just got done with my infopass. Regarding the multiple interview dates, the interview scheduler doesn't work Fridays and the officer who answered my questions doesn't work on Monday so she said she will give my lawyer and myself a call on Tuesday to let us know the correct date. If she doesn't call me then I'm out of luck and gotta make another infopass so pray I get answers on Tuesday.

As for the online system showing info is incomplete, the reason is Bc my case is being handled directly by the NBC instead of being handed off to the other service centers. The reason it shows nothing is Bc the file has progressed to a stage that isn't shown on the online system, so basically it is on its way to be transferred to ur local district office. (ie: Jacksonville district office)

We too have received news on the EAD approval, hoping to get that card soon. We are also planning on moving within the next 30 days. Hopefully everything is sorted out before our move or we may have to change the official address. Is this typically a smooth change or can it be a pain in the butt?

So this morning I received another notice regarding my EAD card being produced. Contrary to what I was reading elsewhere in this topic, it is not a different notice but exactly the same notice. Let's just hope my card was mailed today and I will have it by the end of this week.

Got a question now, you guys are saying the Notice of approval is usually in the envelope with the EAD card. Is this the AOS approval or the EAD approval? I would assume EAD but just making sure because it's sort of silly to put the EAD Approval in an enveloppe with the card as receiving the card obviously means you got approved.
