My wife got her green card on Friday! :dance:

We are done until it is time to lift conditions.

I wish everyone else on VJ good luck with their procedures.:thumbs:

We will be back in two years.

I noticed a couple of my fellow September 2010 K1 filers in here with September 12 Biometrics appointments. That happens to be our day as well. It will be exactly 364 days from when I sent in the K-1

I just got my interview notice last week and I'm going to have my interview on December 8! I'm hoping that I would get my greencard before this year ends!

First time I've posted in here...just had to spread some joy around. I was approved today at the interview and I am so damn happy! Hopefully I get the GC in the mail in the 2 weeks I was advised but until then, just basking in the happiness.

And, I actually like the photo they took at my biometrics appointment. Lucky cos I'm stuck with it for 2 years, yes!

I have my interview on Nov 14th so I don't even know if it will do me any good .

08/30/11 - Priority Date

09/09/11 - NOA I485/I765, I130

09/12/11 - Biometrics for 9/27/11

09/27/11 - Biometrics Done

10/11/11 - IL for 11/10/11

10/15/11 - IL Rescheduled from 11/10/11 to 11/14/11 from Local Office

10/17/11 - IL Cancellation for 11/10/11

10/25/11 - 2nd IL for 11/29/11 <---- Disregard & Appear at 11/14 as per InfoPass

11/05/11 - 3rd IL for 12/08/11 <---- Disregard & Appear at 11/14 as per InfoPass

11/08/11 - EAD Card Production Ordered Text/Email @ 7:30pm EST

11/14/11 - AOS Interview Verbally Approved (No Stamp issued)

11/14/11 - Green Card Production Ordered Text/Email @ 6:01pm EST

11/15/11 - EAD Approval Notice Text/Email @ 6:19pm EST

11/17/11 - EAD in hand! 3 days after AOS approval

Approved in the interview. Green Card with no temporary condition (I've been married for 3 years and half) by mail in 2 weeks. End of the journey of 6 years of B2, F1 and H1B.

Ok, so made a service request on 11/07 for my EAD. I have now received a letter saying:

"After careful review of your request, it has been determined that your issues will be best addressed by the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your case. Therefore, we have taken the liberty of forwarding your service request to the Norfolk field office."

Does anybody have any clue why they have done this? Is my AOS case being processed by my local office now or did they JUST send it there? The letter only mentions my EAD which is approaching regulatory time frame. There is still no updates to my case online since receipt on 08/17. Had my biometrics on 10/5. This is so frustrating!
